The City of Saint Paul Regional Water Services is hiring an individual to support and maintain enterprise applications and data platforms, with a focus on advanced SQL, analytics, and system integrations across cloud-based and on-prem environments. This role ensures data integrity, delivers dashboards and reporting for operational and decision‑making needs, resolves complex system and data issues, and contributes to modernization and continuous improvement efforts.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:
- Experience designing Power BI semantic models and dashboards.
- Experience supporting cloud‑based (SaaS) platforms, including data access, reporting, and integration with on‑prem systems.
- Experience designing, writing, and maintaining REST and SOAP API calls.
- Scripting/programming experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for automation and analytics.
