- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or a closely related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice of a consulting firm or similar role
- At least 1 year of management experience and/or experience leading teams and projects
- Experience working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Master's Degree
- 1 year of aggregate project experience from the Healthcare industry (payor and/or provider)
- Lean Six Sigma certification or Human Centered Design (HCD) certification
- Familiarity with exponential technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI)
- Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and PowerPoint mediums
