Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives on solving complex challenges, loves guiding clients to success, and knows how to turn cloud investments into real business impact.

• Be the go-to trusted advisor for clients on their cloud + AI journey
• Guide onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Google Cloud solutions
• Build strong, strategic relationships with clients (from technical teams to the C-suite)
• Create success plans that drive real outcomes—and set the stage for future growth
• Partner with Nerdery’s technical experts to deliver solutions that wow clients
• Identify opportunities to expand and deepen our impact with clients

• 5+ years in client-facing roles current CONSULTING EXP, TECH and Cloud GOOGLE GCP
• Experience engaging at both a technical and executive level
• Strong knowledge of Cloud, DATA and AI, MUST have Google Cloud experience and /or coming from a google partner to Apply
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• A consultative mindset—you love asking the right questions and uncovering opportunities
