We are prioritizing clinicians, counselors, mental health providers, psychologists, and therapists in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington. About the Role Lyra developed Lyra Care Therapy, a video therapy program blending live sessions with digital psychoeducation and customizable skill-building tools. Youll have resources and support to help clients get better from your home or preferred setting.
Responsibilities- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video and maintain a diverse caseload of clinical needs.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions.
- Deliver culturally responsive care that accounts for the impact of cultural backgrounds on each person’s care experience.
- Attend one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings, conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews, and participate in robust training to enhance clinical skills.
- Access expert consultation and support for complex clients; utilize a safety net of resources for planning best options, including specialty consultations.
- Work remotely within the US as part of a growing team and maintain high professional standards.
- Masters degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (able to work independently without supervision) without current/past/pending disciplinary action.
- Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (measurement-based care, skills practice).
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed.
- Experience providing telehealth therapy (video) preferred but not required.
- Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Doxy.me, Skype).
- Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients (30 potential bookable calendar spots).
- Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Full-time resident of the United States.

The anticipated starting base salary for a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist is $78,000 annually. Base pay is one component of total compensation, which may also include performance-based compensation, RSUs, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
