Caregiver (RA) (CNA) Part Time Short Shifts

Join The Waters as a Caregiver (RA/CNA) for short shifts. Shift Times: AM 7 a – 11 p or PM 7 a – 11 p. Schedule: Every other weekend.

Wage: Unlicensed Resident Assistants $17–$19/hr, Nursing Assistant/Registered $18/hr and up based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, etc.)
• Assist residents in dining.
• Perform homemaking tasks.
• Respond to and report changes in residents’ health status and recommend changes to care plans.
• Complete daily charting.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver The Waters Way.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High‑school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year nursing/resident assistant experience in senior services preferred.
• English reading, writing, speaking, and following directions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic health record systems.
• Compassion and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility with hours/shift schedules and assignments.
