Schedule:

Every Saturday and Sunday;
Two Additional 4 Hour Shifts (flexible days).

The Activities Coordinator (also titled The Active Life Coordinator) is a valued member of our Petals Memory Care Program, which provides residents with supportive, person-centered social connections to inspire joy, meaningful interactions, and life fulfillment. Elements of the Petals Program include Physical Wellbeing, Creative Arts, Social Connections, Waters Academy, Integrated & Spiritual Therapies, and Music & Arts Enrichment.

• Play a meaningful role in developing and executing activities which help residents thrive. Examples include exercise classes, creative arts, culinary creations, social interactions, personal engagements, and off-site excursions.
• Assist residents with activities of their choice which may include group activities and/or personal engagements

• A love of seniors and a passion for enhancing lives through meaningful interactions
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and positive rapport with residents, team members, and families
• Previous experience working with seniors and/or experience in memory care, recreational therapy, education, hospitality, or related areas preferred
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends, as appropriate
