Lakeville Area Schools is seeking a Head Boys Tennis Coach for our Kenwood Trail/McGuire Middle School Team! Engage, connect, make a difference by joining our team as a Middle School Head Boys Tennis Coach.
Position SummaryThe Head Coach provides leadership, direction, and management for all levels of the Tennis program. This position serves as an educator, mentor, and role model, viewing the program as an extension of the classroom that contributes to the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of students. The coach ensures the program aligns with Lakeville Area Schools’ Code of Ethics, Belief Statements, and Evaluation Framework, fostering a culture that values character, teamwork, lifelong learning, and community pride.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction for all levels of the Tennis program.
- Manage the program, coaches, and student athletes.
- Serve as educator, mentor, and role model; integrate program with classroom learning.
- Maintain program alignment with ethics, beliefs, evaluation frameworks.
- Foster culture of character, teamwork, lifelong learning, community pride.
- Support student development intellectually, physically, socially, emotionally.
