• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized
• Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics

• Pass state accreditation requirements for education and experience
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children

• Pay $16.00 - $20.00 hourly, bi-weekly and daily pay options; based on position, education and experience
