Job Posting
Responsibilities- Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Review construction plans and conduct on-site inspections throughout various stages of construction.
- Document findings and provide guidance to contractors, developers, and property owners.
- Play a critical role in safeguarding public health and safety by ensuring buildings are constructed and maintained in compliance with code.
- High school degree or GED.
- Valid Class "D" Minnesota driver’s license.
- Knowledge of local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
- Currently pursuing or have obtained a certificate in Building Inspection Technology.
