Salary $95,000 - $145,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated, and results-driven Superintendent with a strong background in design-build projects in the construction industry. This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in site management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to create and implement design plans.
• Managing and supervising on-site construction teams to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with safety regulations.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Resolving any on-site issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and forecasts.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Implementing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Providing on-site leadership and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent role within the construction industry, with a specific focus on design-build projects.
• Proven experience in site management, including managing teams, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing project schedules and budgets.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• A proven track record of successfully completing projects to a high standard, on time and within budget.
• Proficient in construction management software packages.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• A commitment to adhering to all safety standards and promoting a safe work environment for all staff.
