Overview

Guaranteed hourly rate of $33/hour and above with union incentive scale. 40-hour week with no weekends. Sign-on bonus up to $5000. Years-of-service bonus. Retention and referral bonus. • Master and Journeyman Technician
• Minimum 2 years' experience preferred; must be able to:
• Experience with Chevrolet is preferred, but not required
• Diesel engine experience is a plus, but not required
• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, AC, etc., to manufacturer specifications
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Perform maintenance and light repairs
• Fluid changes

• Positive attitude and enthusiastic individual with a "team player" mentality
• High energy and self-motivated with drive to succeed
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask while completing day-to-day responsibilities
• Proven work ethic with emphasis on integrity and transparency
