The Impact You'll Make

As our Closing Assistant, you'll be the detail-oriented backbone of our closing team. You'll ensure every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed, helping clients move from contract to keys with confidence. Your work will directly impact the speed, accuracy, and overall experience of each closing, making you an essential part of one of the most important moments in our clients' lives.

What

You ll Do
  • Prepare, review, and organize closing documents in compliance with contracts, lender instructions, and title requirements.
  • Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to gather necessary information and resolve outstanding items.
  • Track and follow up on post-closing documents, ensuring timely recording and disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate and organized transaction files-both digital and physical-for easy access and compliance.
  • Assist the Escrow Officer in scheduling closings, preparing settlement statements, and ensuring all parties are informed of timelines.
  • Provide friendly, professional communication with clients and partners throughout the process.
What You ll Bring
  • Previous experience in real estate, title, escrow, or mortgage processing preferred (but not required if you have strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills-you thrive on accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with title/escrow software is a plus.
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
