Job SummaryResponsible for processing and monitoring all incoming payments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain the billing system
- Generate invoices and account statements
- Perform account reconciliations
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries
- Assist in general financial management and analysis
- Daily invoicing
- Review pricing
- Charge credit‑card accounts
- Respond to customer phone calls
- File records
- Check and cash deposits
- Apply payments
- Perform general office duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
- Prioritize and manage expectations
- Keep eye for detail
- Work independently
- Communicate articulately and efficiently with staff
- Mathematical background
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Accounting software experience preferred
- Hours:
8 AM‑5 PM
