Job Purpose
As the Assistant Manager of Marketing and Multimedia Communication, your role is to support the Marketing Director in strategic marketing initiatives. This includes planning, organizing, and implementing advertising and promotional activities across various communication channels to drive sales, enhance brand image, and expand market share. You will also be responsible for multimedia content management and digital campaigns to engage audiences across digital platforms, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to coordinate campaigns, manage budgets, and track performance metrics.
KeyResult Areas / Responsibilities Marketing
- Transform strategic marketing strategies into innovative digital and print campaigns to increase sales growth and support sustainable business growth.
- Manage multimedia communication campaigns and lead generation initiatives across digital platforms, social media, email marketing, print materials, and video productions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including agencies, vendors, designers, content creators, website developers, and influencers to create compelling marketing and communication materials.
- Curate digital content to enhance the company’s online presence through SEO, SEM, social media marketing, advertising, and blog posts.
- Oversee photography and videography assignments for events and marketing collateral.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for achieving targeted metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain brand identity across all divisions and ensure compliance with corporate identity guidelines.
- Provide creative direction for promotional materials, editorial content, and the distribution of company publications.
- Oversee the design, development, and publication of marketing/sales materials and communication write‑ups.
- Edit and proofread all marketing materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Plan, conceptualize, and execute events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Deploy events and campaigns and report performance metrics against agreed KPIs.

Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media, or other related disciplines is required.
Related ExperienceMinimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, Promotions, Communications or Event Management.
