• Operate all delivery equipment and vehicles
• Stack stock and ingredients in designated areas, walk‑in cooler and storage
• Prepare product and wash / clean equipment daily
• Receive and process telephone orders, complete associated paperwork
• Maintain accurate and timely mileage and delivery records
• Comply with safety and company standards at all times

• Provide clear verbal and written instructions to customers and coworkers
• Handle orders over the phone and in person with professionalism
• Calibrate monetary transactions with accurate change

• Accurate basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Operate computer keyboards or touch screens for order entry
• Motor coordination for rapid, precise hand‑eye tasks
• Comfortable with working in varying temperatures and potential food odors

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for deliveries
• Proof of car insurance and safe driving record meeting company standards
• Strong navigational skills and ability to read maps and find addresses
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and move large items

• Exposed to varying weather and temperature ranges (36–90+°F)
• Potential contact with food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F
• Must work while walking, standing and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders

• Driving:
  Deliver multiple pizzas per shift within designated area
• Standing:
  Majority of tasks performed in standing position
• Walking:
  Short distances for short durations
• Lifting:
  Unload cases (up to 50 lbs) and other bulky items
• Carrying:
  Move cans, sauce, and trays (up to 30 lbs) short distances
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Move trays on dollies (24–30 lbs) requiring force up to 7.5 lbs
• Climbing/Staircase:
  Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance
• Stooping/Bending:
  Repeated short forward bends at pizza assembly station
• Crouching/Squatting:
  Occasional for stocking shelves
• Reaching:
  Continuous up, down, and forward movements
• Hand Tasks:
  Continuous use of hands for dough shaping and other duties
