Thermal Insulation Technician

We are seeking a full-time Thermal Insulation Technician for an on-site position at our Lakeland, FL location. Responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining thermal insulation systems for industrial and commercial applications, working with coatings and related materials, and adhering to safety standards when working at varying heights. The role involves collaboration with project teams to understand client requirements and implement effective insulation solutions.

• Proficiency in Thermal Insulation installation and maintenance
• Experience with Working at Height and implementing safety protocols in such environments
• Knowledge of Coatings and surface preparation techniques
• Ability to effectively participate in Training sessions and incorporate learned practices
• Analytical skills to conduct Research and identify innovative insulation solutions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Previous experience in industrial or commercial insulation projects is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications in insulation or related fields are a plus
