AboutThe Role
Trailer Mechanics are responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing semi-trailers to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. This position calls for strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of trailer systems.

Base Pay Range$25.00/hr – $35.00/hr
What We Offer- Starting pay: $25–$35/hr, depending on experience
- Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonuses (eligible after 90 days)
- Both shop and mobile positions available

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair all major trailer systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and replace faulty components.
- Perform preventive maintenance on ABS, frames, bodies, doors, tires, and electrical systems.
- Work independently while delivering high‑quality service.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Safely operate a mobile service truck when required.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment to maximize fleet uptime.
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards.
- Proven experience as a Trailer Mechanic.
- Solid understanding of trailer repair and maintenance techniques.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
