Security Officer - Access Control Post

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific access control procedures and other security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location;
Verify identification, credentials, and delivery or pickup documentation; manage visitor registration, badge distribution, and key and/or equipment sign-out logs as required;
Control entry and exit for pedestrians and vehicle traffic, including monitoring gates, docks, and designated access points; help to deter unauthorized entry by checking authorizations and reporting irregularities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating site-specific emergency response activities and notifying appropriate contacts;
Complete detailed reports and shift documentation, including incident reports, access logs, and observations, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership
