Security Officer - Flex Patrol Rounds

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with site leadership and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of office, data and equipment areas, corridors, loading zones, parking areas and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, including checking credentials, managing sign-in processes and reporting unauthorized entry attempts per site procedures;
Complete patrol and incident reports, document observations and maintenance concerns, and communicate updates through required systems and/or radios following site-specific protocols
