Provide customer service to clients at a technology and communications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter zones, adjusting patrol frequency based on activity levels and site needs;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, help to deter unauthorized entry, and direct employees, contractors, and guests to appropriate check-in processes;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Perform routine checks of doors, gates, loading and delivery areas, and security-related equipment, reporting maintenance concerns and unusual conditions per post orders
