Compensation: $3,500 monthly base + commission

We are looking for a Travel Sales Manager to travel to various spa locations across the U.S. This role focuses on providing excellent client service, recommending treatments, and driving in-location sales. Clients and traffic are already provided; your focus is on results.

• Meet and greet clients during spa visits
• Recommend additional services and package upgrades
• Achieve daily sales and performance targets
• Adapt quickly to new locations and team environments
• Follow company procedures maintain professional standards

• Base pay: $3,500 per month
• Commission: 3%, 5%, or 7% based on performance
• Top performers can reach six-figure annual earnings
• All work-related travel expenses covered (flights, lodging, transportation)

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
• Comfortable traveling frequently in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven

High-performing coordinators may be eligible for future remote roles or additional leadership responsibilities based on performance.
