Customer Account Representative – Rent‑A‑Center

We are hiring a Customer Account Representative to provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences both in our stores and at customer homes. This full‑time position offers a starting hourly rate of $15.15 to $17.00 and a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities
• Provide white‑glove service to customers in our stores and at their homes, including acquiring new rental orders via the sales floor or phone
• Assist with deliveries and pickups: loading, unloading and installation of products, maintaining vehicles and ensuring safe handling and transportation procedures
• Maintain an inviting store environment by refurnishing merchandise, dusting, vacuuming, and keeping the showroom organized
Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record – you will be driving company vehicles
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics and appliances

Physical Demands

Required to talk and hear, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, frequently lifting or moving heavy items. All employees must follow company safety guidelines.

Expected Hours of Work

Full‑time, Monday through Saturday during store open‑to‑close hours. Sundays and another weekday off. Schedules and overtime may vary with business needs.
