• Operate successfully in all departments of the store (handguns, long guns, tactical firearms, etc.).
• Supervise the indoor shooting range as a Range Safety Officer and assist with maintenance.

• Firearm knowledge is cultivar but not required (we train).

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Pre‑employment drug screening and continued compliance with Drug‑Free Workplace policy.
• Criminal background check.
• U.S. Citizen or eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work at least one full weekend shift.

• $17.00 per hour starting pay (plus commission; top performers can earn $18.00–$21.00 per hour).
