Description

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and create a warm & welcoming shopping experience while maintaining store appearance.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer questions about merchandise
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain store appearance through merchandising, restocking, and organization
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
• Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and tagging merchandise

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
