Base Pay Range

$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the location.
• Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

• Unload trucks and receive new freight.
• Stock merchandise on store displays and shelves.
• Operate forklift or other heavy machinery when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the backroom.

• Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Physical stamina and agility to move around the backroom.
• Customer‑centric or retail background is a plus.
• Valid forklift certification preferred but not required.
