We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The position offers an hourly wage of $14.00 to $17.00, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays for every transaction processed. Associates can earn up to 8% commission on transactions, which could average an additional $2.67 per hour on top of the hourly rate.

Responsibilities include:- Greet and interact with customers, process sales and loans, maintain the sales floor, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, perform physical tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Applicants can earn 2-8% commission based on performance. The company requires all employees to agree to arbitration and offers various benefits including 401k and wage access.
