Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T1859) s role supports Guest service, merchandising, and store operations to help guests discover the joy of everyday life. Starting hourly rate: $15.00 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, shelving, signing, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising including signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with relevant laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Other duties as required by business needs.

• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Cash handling as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely (lifting up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 44 pounds occasionally).
• Flexible schedule, reliable attendance.
• Comfort with varying temperatures and elements for duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
• Mobility for the duration of scheduled shift.
