Retail Sales Associate - Part time

Join us as a Retail Sales Associate - Part time - 2891 at First Cash.

We are seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates to join our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with a variety of merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).

• Hourly wage from $14.00 to $17.00, with potential to earn up to 8% commission on transactions, averaging an additional $17.00 per hour.
• Most stores operate from 9AM to 6PM, closed on Sundays.
• Earned Wage Access available from the second day of employment, allowing withdrawals of up to 50% of earned wages up to 7 times per payroll cycle.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions and excellent service.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following policies and regulations.
• Maintain the sales floor and display merchandise.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
• Assist with customer inquiries and problem resolution.
• Complete training and other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age of 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with computers and POS systems.
