At Target, we help families discover the joy of everyday life. This role focuses on delivering strong operations, guest experience, and visual merchandising in the Style, Tech, and Beauty departments, including in-store presentations and assisting guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs; resolve issues accordingly.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with appropriate signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests; ensure merchandise from fitting rooms is worked back to the sales floor.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with relevant laws and policies.
• Greet guests and engage with them to help solve their specific needs.
• Adopt a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication, ability to work independently or with a team, and quick guest issue resolution.
• Ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders; lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with or without assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions, including Drive-Up and other duties.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
