Responsibilities
- Knowledge of American table service and clearing techniques during and after dining service.
- Prepares dining room for dining by table linen and table scape, condiments, service plates, and utensils.
- Responsible for resetting table during and after dining service.
- Serves ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Greets guests during initial welcome and provides hospitality and customer service through the meal.
- Understands menu items, ingredients and ability to explain preparation methods and able to make suggestions based on guest preferences.
