• Have knowledge of service, food, and bar operations generally involving at least three years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions

• Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, and guest service and satisfaction
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Must have an overall understanding of management’s goals and philosophies of store operations
• Must be willing to also train in kitchen to obtain menu knowledge, expo training, and oversee and assist Kitchen Manager.
• Assist General Manager in scheduling and other front of the house duties. Assist General Manager in bar orders.
• Occasionally assist General Manger with marketing duties.

Compensation: hourly plus tips
