Position Overview:

Seeking a producing Licensed Real Estate Professional to lead our growth efforts in the Lakeland / Polk County, FL region. You will help us locate and recruit producing agents to our company while providing leadership in our Lakeland office with the full support of the BHGRE Lifestyles Realty Management, Marketing and Operations teams. You will target producing agents and earn bonuses and overrides on their production.

We will handle the management and support, you will provide onsite leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit established/producing agents to our firm
• Coach, mentor and assist agents with their business plans
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners
• Monitor market trends and participate on management committee
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations
• Provide leadership

Qualifications:

• Currently a producing agent.
• Knowledge of the Central Florida real estate landscape.
• Identify, attract and recruit producing agents through personal networks, in-person events and referrals.
• Ability to present the value of joining our agency clearly and persuasively.
• A commitment to the values of relationship-based business practices.
• Experience with CRM and real estate technology tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
