Salary: Up to $19.50 per hour (based on experience) + Shift Differentials

• Personalized Care:
  Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support, while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
• Promote Comfort and Safety:
  Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly addressing changes in condition to ensure a safe, supportive environment.
• Foster Connections:
  Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, creating trust and a sense of belonging.
• Maintain Cleanliness:
  Keep residents’ rooms and common areas organized, clean, and hygienic to promote a healthy environment.
• Accurate Documentation:
  Record and report changes in residents’ conditions, care plans, and daily activities to ensure effective communication with the care team.

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Florida.
