Full-Time | On-Call 24/7 | Salary: $90,000–$100,000

Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 120‑bed, state‑of‑the‑art Skilled Nursing Facility that specializes in short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term care. As the Risk Manager, you will oversee facility safety and compliance, collaborate with clinical leadership, and implement strategies to maintain the highest quality of care.

• General Responsibilities
  
  • Residents’ rights
  
  • Safety
  
  • Risk Management activities related to resident/patient care, clinical practice, medical staff, physical plant, safety hazards, and employee safety
• Quality Assurance/Improvement
  
  • Education on quality assurance practices
  
  • Monitor facility quality indicators, incidents, grievances, and deficiencies cited by the agency
• Program Management
  
  • Coordinate and maintain an internal Risk Management/Quality Assurance Program
  
  • Manage the Return to Hospital Program
  
  • Participate in the AHCA survey process
  
  • On‑call for risk questions and concerns
• Administrative
  
  • Maintain documentation; use Excel, Word, etc.
• Other duties as indicated and/or directed by the leadership team

• Registered Nurse (RN) with CPR certification
• Long‑term care experience required; knowledge of Point Click Care preferred
• Experience as a Nurse Manager in some capacity preferred
• Experience and/or training in Risk Management preferred
