Bay Care Home Care is currently in search of our newest Home Health, LPN who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Weekend Work:

Yes - Home visits in assigned service area:
Polk County
- Delivery of patient care to assigned patients, provides care for clients as ordered including IV infusions, infusion pumps, and tube feedings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Identifies, implements, and maintains appropriate teaching plans for patient and caregivers under direction of a Registered Nurse
- Follows plan of care and collaborates with Registered Nurse regarding patient response to treatment and change in status
- Utilizes nursing knowledge in the administration of medication and evaluation of effectiveness when applicable.
- Certifications and Licensures: BLS (Basic Life Support), LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) License, Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
- Education:
Associate's or Diploma Nursing - Experience:
1 year Licensed Practical Nurse, Preferred 1 year Home Care
