Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining schedule accuracy, optimizing plant resources, and ensuring all project milestones are met throughout GMF. We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and resourceful candidate to support plant operations and project execution. In this role, you will oversee the project schedule, coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage materials planning, and ensure projects move efficiently from pre‑construction through fabrication.

• Maintain a dynamic schedule to ensure plant efficiency and project schedule
• Identify and confirm material availability for the plant and project schedule
• Coordinate with the pre‑construction team to ensure scope is identified
• Oversee the BIM engineers’ work to ensure it is constructable, optimized, and material is processed per the schedule
• Select and manage the subcontractor when the scheduling requires sub‑fabrication
• Coordinate with the Plant Manager to ensure parameters for estimating are understood
• Develop budgets and billing projections

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience, preferred
• Must have experience in MS Excel, and MS Word
• Proficiency in Tekla, preferred

• $30-35/hour, dependent upon experience
