The Lead Packer ensures daily packaging production activities are completed accurately and efficiently. This role oversees team training, workflow coordination, and quality control, while communicating effectively with the Shift Supervisor and Press Lead to maintain product integrity.

• Train and guide team members to perform packaging tasks effectively.
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with established processes and standards.

• Verify book/carton packing accuracy.
• Confirm data integrity on the Packaging System (book numbers match pack list).
• Manage void station processes, including correct use of void codes and destroy functions.

• Inspect instant lottery tickets for quality.
• Separate lottery ticket books and organize for packing.
• Operate shrink wrap machine and other packaging equipment.
• Perform data entry for packing and voiding activities.
• Palletize completed cartons for shipment.
• Rotate through various line functions after training.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in production, industrial operations, or printing industry.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable with bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, and twisting as needed.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive and collaborative attitude.

Estimated starting compensation range: $22.00/hr the actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
