Job Summary
The Project Manager, Sr. is responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They provide strategic leadership and guidance to project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage project risks.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of multiple industrial maintenance projects.
- Develop project scope, budgets, schedules, and plans in alignment with client requirements, and company standards.
- Review bid documents and scopes of work to properly prepare estimates that are accurate and competitive.
- Plan and schedule maintenance projects to meet deadlines.
- Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress through ERP system and report progress to clients and senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the point of contact for project related communications.
- Supervise maintenance workers and determine labor needs.
- Bachelor's degree in project management preferred.
- PMP certification required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to use project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.

- Requires frequent travel to project sites and client locations.
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary (including evenings and overnight work) and overtime is frequently required.
- This position is safety sensitive in nature and requires attention to safety and risk management.
- Working environment may include harsh elements (hot/humid and/or cold temperatures, rain) and exposure to hazardous chemicals, moving heavy equipment, and other safety-sensitive hazards. Must be alert and able to safely perform essential duties.
