As an Engineer Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

• Assist in managing day-to-day maintenance tasks
• Assign jobs to engineers and follow up on completion
• Perform hands‑on repairs as needed
• Keep records of maintenance logs and reports
• Support leadership with training new hires

• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of tools, systems, and basic troubleshooting
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Strong communication
