Location:

Flexible Hybrid (8 days per month in Lakeland, FL)

• Build solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI and Copilot Agents.
• Work in a team environment, translating business and technical needs into creative designs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing support to associates.
• Be a subject matter expert in developing and creating Power BI reports.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, custom forms, and flows to meet business requirements and optimize user experience.
• Lead adoption of new features through Publix‑approved Microsoft 365 applications with web documentation, training, guidance, and Publix live events.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• 1+ year of experience creating Power BI reporting using Dataverse and SharePoint data points.
• 1+ year of designing, developing, and supporting enterprise‑level applications.

• 2+ years of experience building Power Automated flows, Power Apps and Power BI.
• Experience with deploying solutions to DEV, TST and Production environments.
• Experience with Power Platform COE and Copilot Agents.
• Experience with SharePoint and Power Platform administration.
• Strong knowledge working with permissions, groups, and site governance in SharePoint Online.
• Experience working with SDLC methodologies.
