Overview
Lakeland Speech Therapist (SLP):
Outpatient therapy in Residential Home Setting
Seeking an SLP or Speech Therapist to cover therapy services in Lakeland, FL to provide treatment in an assisted living community. We are an outpatient therapy clinic delivering geriatric therapy with a focus on proactive, preventive care and aging-in-place. Our team works with a diverse group of professionals and values collaboration and autonomy in scheduling and patient assignment.
Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats patients in an assisted living community
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Speech Therapy
- Education and/or experience:
New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced therapists - Actively licensed as a Florida Speech-Language Pathologist
