** Key Responsibilities
*** Communicate project scope and requirements to all relevant departments (engineering, manufacturing, installation, contractors).
* Deliver accurate drawings to manufacturing on schedule.
* Ensure customers fully understand project scope and limitations.
* Provide supervision and guidance to designers, contractors, and vendors; verify accuracy of work.
* Maintain records, drawings, manuals, and design calculations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage changes in scope/design and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
* Complete projects within allotted timescale and budget (target: actual hours within 15% of estimate).
* Obtain customer acceptance upon project completion.
* Accurately size and specify required equipment based on customer requirements.
* Review equipment layouts with customers and provide Bills of Material for cost estimating.
* Coordinate with vendors for pricing, specifications, and technical details.
* Prepare and update proposal drawings and BOMs as needed.
* Complete proposals on time; communicate delays proactively to Sales and other departments.
** Education Requirements**:
* Mandatory: BSME, BSChE or equivalent degree
* Preferred: MS degree with six to eight years experience.
