Our client, a respected and growing architecture firm with a strong national portfolio across healthcare, education, aviation, public safety, and themed entertainment, is seeking two senior-level architectural leaders
:
- 1 Senior Project Manager and 1 Senior Architectural Project Manager/Architect
These roles are critical leadership hires. The firm is seeking seasoned professionals who can confidently lead projects, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and drive business development efforts. This is not a back‑office production role — these individuals will be highly visible, client‑facing leaders.
Both positions require a licensed architect with a minimum of 10 years in a senior‑level role (internship and junior experience does not qualify toward this requirement).
What You’ll Do- Lead complex architectural projects from concept through construction administration
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing communication and expectations
- Negotiate fees, scope, and service agreements
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Manage internal teams and mentor emerging architectural staff
- Drive business development efforts and strengthen existing client relationships
- Provide oversight beyond drawings — focusing on delivery, profitability, and execution
- Utilize Revit extensively and oversee technical production quality
- High‑visibility leadership role within a well‑established and respected firm
- Diverse and exciting project portfolio including healthcare systems, aviation facilities, higher education, and themed entertainment

- 15–20 years of architectural experience (10 years minimum in a senior‑level capacity)
- Strong client communication and executive presence
- Demonstrated success negotiating fees and managing service contracts
- Proven expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and operational leadership
- Experience managing projects beyond the drawing process
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Team management and mentorship experience
- Background in public‑sector or public‑safety projects (firehouses, 911 centers, courts, public works, aviation, higher education) highly preferred
- Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint (immediate value‑add)
- SME-level expertise in multifamily projects, especially with existing client relationships
- Experience in healthcare, education, aviation, distribution/logistics, or themed entertainment sectors

Base salary range is $100,000–$140,000 depending on experience, state benchmarks (AIA standards), and qualifications.
Candidates currently earning $150K+ must demonstrate exceptional leadership, business development success, and project impact.
