What You'll Do
  • Provide highly skilled maintenance and repairs for all vehicles.
  • Perform diagnostics, including brake, tire, suspension, drivability, and complete repairs.
  • Conduct advanced diagnostics—charging, starting, AC, OBDII, drivability, electrical systems—and complete repairs.
  • Complete mechanical inspections with required measurements—interior/exterior, engine, drive line, under‑hood—and document deficiencies.
  • Comply with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash.
  • Fit new vehicles with necessary equipment.
  • Utilize approved vendors to obtain parts.
  • Perform OEM recalls if required.
Who You Are

You have a solid foundation of skills and a desire to advance. You are a team player who inspires teammates and is motivated by collaboration.

Required
  • 3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • Ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.
Preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Current ASE Certification: G1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8 when required.
Compensation

Hourly base pay: $21.49 – $32.26 per hour, subject to variation based on location and applicant qualifications. Additional compensation may include commission and incentive programs.

Benefits

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off per month and seven paid holidays per year. Additional paid time off is available for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteer, military, and parental leave.
