Subaru, Buick, Cadillac Lakeland is seeking an Experienced Line Technician with a minimum of 3 years of dealership/retailer experience preferred, but other related experience will be considered. This role involves performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicles to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose and repair transmissions, engines, electrical, braking, and other vehicle systems.
• Perform transmission repairs and replacements following OEM procedures.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs.
• Maintain detailed repair records and documentation.
• Work efficiently to meet standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• Strong diagnostic skills using manual and electronic tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of repair procedures and OEM guidelines.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Minimum 3 years as an automotive technician.
• Experience with transmission repairs.
• ASE Certification (preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in dealership or high-volume service.
• Automotive training program completion (preferred).
