What You’ll Do

You’ll perform light duty work as an intermediate‑level auto tech and improve your skills in a supportive environment.

  • Gain familiarity with auto maintenance concepts and practices.
  • Perform maintenance duties such as oil/fuel filter change, transmission flush, spark plugs, and vehicle inspections.
  • Conduct battery testing, maintenance, replacement, and repair of starting/charging electrical systems.
  • Repair tires, safety inspections, interior/exterior components.
  • Diagnose and repair brake, steering, and suspension systems.
  • Evacuate and recharge AC systems.
  • Maintain equipment.
  • Obtain parts using approved vendors.
  • Up‑fit new vehicles with necessary equipment.
  • Comply with procedures and regulations for recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash.
Who You Are

You're a quick learner, team player, and arrive ready to provide excellent work. You meet the following qualifications.

Required
  • 1 or more years of related work experience.
  • Ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.
  • Safe driver, valid driver’s license.
Preferred
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current ASE certifications: G1, A4, A5 as required by leadership.
Compensation

Hourly base pay $19.57 – $29.38. May include commission or incentive program.

Additional Benefits

Employees eligible for minimum 16 hours paid time off per month, 7 paid holidays, plus bereavement, jury duty, volunteer, military, parental leave.
