Administrative Assistant
Transportation Department
2025–2026 School Year

8 hours per day, 5 days per week, year-round

$18.27–$20.72 per hour, DOE

Full benefits package, including PERSI retirement, medical, dental, and sick leave

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have a valid CDL or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Proficiency in Google applications, with special emphasis on Google Sheets
• Strong written and verbal English skills, including correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Ability to successfully complete a bookkeeping test
• Prior experience processing timesheets and calculating trip sheets is a plus, but not required
