Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Lakeland FL. The Office Manager will oversee administrative tasks, manage office operations, organize office equipment, and ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the workplace. Responsibilities include supervising support staff, maintaining company records, managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to oversee operations and manage daily workflows.
- Experience with Office Equipment operation and maintenance to ensure the functionality of all office tools and resources.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and efficient processes.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to lead and coordinate team members effectively.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
