Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for supporting the functions of the Department of Elder Services of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The individual assists the Activities Coordinator with coordination and implementation of routine duties and activities and ensuring that Tribal Member Elders are assisted with any activities performed outside their main residence. The incumbent in this position is also responsible for assisting other administrative clerical staff in the performance of their daily tasks, as well as functioning in other capacities such as receptionist, file clerk, secretary or other support services to maintain services uninterrupted.
Work involves the following through on departmental procedures necessary to carry out these responsibilities.
