Journeyman to Senior C# Software Developer

We are seeking a Journeyman to Senior‑level C# Software Developer to support the development, enhancement, and sustainment of software for a government program. This role involves designing and implementing Windows‑based applications that support mission‑critical operations. The position is hybrid, with regular on‑site work at the customer facility in Lakehurst, NJ.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Engineering/Science, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing complex, software‑intensive systems
• Experience across the software lifecycle, including:
  • Design
  • Development
  • Integration
  • Test
  • Implementation
  • Configuration management
  • Quality assurance
  • Infrastructure support
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Windows application development
• Experience with object‑oriented design, software patterns, and structured development practices
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
• Ability to work with COTS tools, Windows OS environments, and standard development tool chains
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary team
• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one

• Knowledge of real‑time systems, control systems, or embedded interfaces
• Experience with:
  • WPF, Win Forms, or other Windows UI frameworks
  • Microservices, containers, or distributed architectures
  • Modeling and simulation, data visualization, or system monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with AI/ML techniques, automated planning, or data analytics
• Experience supporting on‑site customer activities or fielded system environments
• CompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain)
